Once advertising banners, campaigns, or promotional assets are activated, they become non-refundable. This includes any ads launched, budgets spent, or creatives deployed across third-party platforms. All purchases should be reviewed carefully before activation, as completed or delivered ad services cannot be reversed or refunded.
Refunds are not provided simply because you changed your mind about the purchase or no longer need the service (except during the 7-day early cancellation period for subscriptions).
